Carla took extra care and crafted an exquisite arrangement for my fiancé. She even fulfilled my request to make the base a particular color. When the flowers arrived, they were so gorgeous and conveyed such love, my fiancé cried. This was my first experience with Enchanted Designs, but they have now gained a customer for life.
