Although there was a minor issue with the on line order process. I called and spoke with a very nice person that addressed the issue respectfully. There was No Service Charge for using the On Line service, which I thought was nice. Other Florist services in the area were charging an additional $25.00 service fee to use the On Line service. The floral arrangement was delivered promptly and without issue. The Recipient LOVED the arrangement of Lilies and Roses. Will use them in the future.
