Delivered on time, and a lovely arrangement. However, I paid to upgrade to deluxe, and I saw no difference from the standard arrangement. Also, one of the top layer lilies had a bent petal, so disappointed in that. But overall a good experience.

The orchid I ordered was not available and KC called immediately and we were able to come up with a similar design that was better than the original. Excellent service. Beautiful results
